DEXX.PK Refund & Exchange Policy


Thank you for choosing dexx.pk ! We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Below is our policy for refunds, exchanges, returns & shipping to help make your experience with us as seamless as possible.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

Our policy allows for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Original packaging is required.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items and items marked as non-refundable are ineligible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

- Gift cards

- Sale or discounted items

- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

- Customised or personalised items

Partial Refunds may be considered (at our discretion) for:

- Items that are damaged or missing parts due to customer handling or reasons unrelated to our error.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or have missing components. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at dexxpk@gmail.com with details of the issue and relevant photos/videos if possible. Our team will guide you on the next steps.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Shipping:

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, the return or exchange process may vary in timing.

  • We work with third-party logistics providers, so delivery times for exchanges may be influenced by external factors beyond our control.
